Sim 12: NETCONF, RESTCONF and an EEM Applet¶

The automation team wants to manage R1 through its programmable interfaces. Enable NETCONF and RESTCONF securely, prove RESTCONF works by creating an interface with it, and add two EEM applets: one that undoes an accidental shutdown and one that saves the configuration every night.
