Terms and Refunds¶
Last updated October 2026.
These terms cover cisconets.com, the CCNP Fast Track course and its free and paid plans. By creating an account or buying a plan, you agree to them. Questions go to [email protected].
Who you're buying from¶
Paid plans are sold by NetManager Systems. Checkout is handled by Stripe, which takes the payment, adds any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live, and sends the receipt. If your receipt names a reseller (merchant of record), its buyer terms also apply to the purchase.
Plans and access¶
- Free account: until December 31, 2026, the whole course. From January 1, 2027, the first module of each course, a sample of each question bank, timed exam and cram sheet, and the first two simulations of each track.
- Track Pass: the full material for the one exam you choose (ENCOR, ENARSI or ENSLD).
- Two-Track Pass: the full material for the two exams you choose.
- CCNP All-Access: the full material for all three exams.
- Teams: All-Access for the number of seats you bought, assigned by email.
A plan is for one person. Please don't share your login or post the paid material elsewhere. Accounts that are shared or scraped can be closed without a refund.
Billing, renewal and cancellation¶
Plans renew automatically every month or every year until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the "Manage billing" link on your account page or in your receipt email. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Prices can change. A change never affects a period you've already paid for, and current subscribers get at least 30 days' notice by email before it applies to their renewal.
Refunds¶
- First payment: if the course isn't for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment on any plan and you'll get a full refund.
- Renewals: renewal payments aren't refunded, but you can cancel anytime so the next one isn't charged. If you forgot to cancel and haven't used the course since the renewal, ask within 7 days and we'll usually refund it.
- If you fail the exam: send a copy of your score report within 30 days of the exam and we'll extend your plan for free until your retake, up to 90 days. That extension replaces a refund.
Refunds go back to the original payment method.
The material¶
All questions, explanations, cram sheets, simulations and lab files are original work, written against Cisco's public exam topics. They aren't real exam questions, and they don't guarantee a passing score. You may use them for your own study, but not copy, resell or republish them.

The usual limits¶
The site is provided as is. We do our best to keep it accurate and online, but we can't promise it's free of errors or always available. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything to do with the site is limited to what you've paid in the last 12 months. Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer law where you live.
Changes¶
If these terms change in a way that matters, the date at the top will change and paying members will be told by email.
