Tidewater Energy operates 2,000 network devices across a head office, two data centers and many remote substations. Devices come from Cisco and two other vendors. The company is moving customer billing to a SaaS product and moving its analytics platform to a public cloud. Operations want to replace SNMP polling with streaming telemetry and standardise configuration automation.
